Structure: composed mainly of glass fiber reinforced plastic sleeve, high temperature liquid silicone rubber (LSR) sheds and alloy flange.

Features:

1) Made of non-brittle materials with excellent explosion-proof property;

2) Excellent hydrophobic of LSR will result in almost no maintenance;

3) Strongly resistant to leakage tracking (4.5 kV) and galvanic corrosion;

4) Small weight and excellent seismic performance, easy for transportation and installation;

Product application:
 
After the type test of 1100kV hollow insulator was completed in 2007, a series of products were developed according to the requirements of users. The ± 1100kV composite hollow bushing was successfully sold to snivent in early 2013.
