Structure: composed mainly of glass fiber reinforced plastic sleeve, high temperature liquid silicone rubber (LSR) sheds, grading ring, density relay and alloy flange.

Features:

² LSR sheds with special shape design

² Two layers of grading rings at top effectively improve the external electric field distribution; the level of radio interference is less than 500μF

² Strongly resistant to leakage tracking (4.5 kV) and galvanic corrosion

² Excellent performance against bending and torsion

² Small weight, easy for transportation and installation

² Stable and reliable quality and short delivery time

Product application:
 
In 2006, the product development of AC 1100kV composite hollow post insulator was completed. After obtaining the type test report, it was put into operation in the UHV test base of State Grid in 2007. It has been in good condition and has developed a series of products one after another.
